This summary presentation was provided to clients and LinkedIn members, prior to GDPR go-live and outlined the key points on GDPR, proposed a high level plan for implementation and strategy for communication, discovery, with a suitable capability maturity model to adapt when assessing control frameworks for compliance. Millennial Risk used this model successfully with 3 major GDPR turnarounds, up to February 2020.
This presentation provided an overview of salient points to do with GDPR principles, suggesting a methodology for aligning with compliance.
It did not delve into nuances of consent and other articles of GDPR, nor the complexities of data flow mapping, lineage and coordination activities associated GDPR programmes but provided a storyboard to illustrate how it can be done as many companies were asking for direction.
